How is norm trained on data?

Every fact, data point, or even external link norm references in its responses is pulled from a knowledge article hosted via a knowledge base, or content management system (CMS). This knowledge base is accessible to clients 24/7 for easy modification, creation or deletion of its article contents. And changes to the knowledge articles norm has access to is a process that takes mere minutes to take effect!

Outside of the initial overnight set-up process, no engineering or Adrentech oversight is required for day-to-day maintenance of this base. This ease-of-access for your team is a large part of norm's charm!
